Terminas' castle is destroyed. The fires roar and the palace reduced to nothing. Termina king lays face down in his own blood. The war in the North is now finally over, but Colovia will pay dearly for what they have done to us.
After your long journey back to the capital is finished, you receive new orders from the king.

King: Magnificent work! Termina has long been a thorn in our side, but no more. It is good that you have finally deposed of them. And what of the jewels and gold you stole form the colovian caravan?
You: They have been placed in a Cave up north in Terminas castle. The money will be safe there since bandits tend to stay away form the Jearl Mountains. Now is they anything else you wish for me to do?
King: Anything else? Why the work has only just begun. Colovian activity has been increasing to the east of Petoskay. They have crossed the river just west of here which is grounds for declaring all-out war. You are to crush them and burn their villages.
You: Yes my king. Exactly how close is the enemy?
King: Dangerously close. If you were to stand in the ruins of eastern Petoskay you might be able to see them. We don't know their exact numbers but it is clear that you will be outnumbered 3 to 1 so I have sent word to Nibenay to help you. They have a village to the south.
You: Nibenay? We have not contacted them since soon after you became king, and that was over forty years ago! Why, I would hardly consider them to be our allies, and I'm sure others agree.
King: Still your tongue! It is not up to you to matter with the affairs of politics. However, you are right, we are not on good terms with Nibenay but they have agreed to help in exchange for half of the profit we make, along with money to replace that which they spend helping us.
You: Yes king, where am I to build my base?
King: Base? Who said anything about a base? No, you are to rebuild East Petoskay since, after all, if you would have done a better job fighting back the invasion on the capital it would still be there!
You: Do a better job? Bah! There wasn't any more I could do! Termina just swept in and--
King: Silence! You know better then to mock the king! If you disrespect me again I shall have you ripped of your command for insubordination!
  You: I- I'm sorry.
King: I have no need for your childish apologies. Now on with your task! Begone with you!
[You leave the room and soon after, Aiadial walks in]
Aiadial: I thought we agreed not to bribe Nibenay into helping us. They are too powerful as it is. We can't give them our profit! How will we gain the upper hand?
King: Aiadial! I thought you knew better then to question me. I have it all planned out.
Aiadial: Your plans don't always work out. You didn't think Termina would be beaten so easily by your newest five-star general.
King: Alright, I know it didn't work as I thought it would, but trust me I will not fail this time.
Aiadial: Your new general is becoming very powerful too.
King: We will have to keep an eye on him.
Aiadial: How? You are always sending him on missions.
King: You know what I mean.
Aiadial: Yes, I suppose I do. Well I will be taking my leave. See you later my friend.
  King: Keep safe, Aiadial.
